Yes. There is no charge for the initial conversation to talk through your ideas and see how STS can help. Project work, implementation and ongoing support are separately scoped and priced.
Do you provide managed IT services nationwide?
Yes. Our managed IT offering is delivered remotely to businesses throughout the United States. STS is based in Asheville, North Carolina, and can support your users and systems wherever your team operates nationally. Any separate on-site project work is scoped individually.
How does the Free Website Program work?
Approved participants receive a website with no upfront development fee when they use STS payment processing. A LANDI M20 terminal is included for approved participants. Processing and applicable ongoing fees apply. We will review eligibility, scope and terms with you before you join.
Can STS help a government software project that has stalled?
Yes. We can step in to lead recovery: assess project status, identify blockers, reset scope and milestones, coordinate agency and vendor teams, and manage the change needed for deployment. Our strongest experience is in permitting software, including Accela, Clariti and Salesforce permitting environments.
